Are you charging for investigation call-outs?

We charge for callouts only when there is an electrical, mechanical ( plumbing, AC, HIU, etc. ) or roofing investigation as this requires a comprehensive and time-consuming approach. The fee for the callout is necessary to cover the cost of our technician's time and expertise to thoroughly examine and diagnose the issue.
When and how quickly will I receive the reports for OOH Emergency?

Reports for any out-of-hours emergencies that occur the night before will be sent by latest 10am the next day. If the emergency happens over the weekend or on a bank holiday, the reports will be sent on the first working day of the week.
How quickly should I expect to have my jobs booked once contacted MAINTAINED?

We strive to book all jobs within 24 hours of receiving the request. However, if a job needs to be attended on the same day, it may be considered an emergency and will be subject to an emergency fee. In these cases, we will do our best to accommodate the client's needs.

At present, we provide services in and around London. However, we are actively looking to expand and offer our services in all of the UK's largest cities in the near future.
Can you give me more details about the Body Camera Service?

We are proud to be the only property maintenance company that offers a body camera service. Our goal is to provide full transparency to our clients, and this service helps us achieve that goal. When the service is requested, our engineer will attend the property with a chest-mounted camera that uses our unique system to record all works completed. The camera creates an automatic translation in any language, allowing non-English speaking clients to have a full understanding of the works performed. Our system also offers a live-streaming service, allowing clients to activate the camera and observe what is happening at their property in real-time. The video, which comprises of a video and audio recording of the works attended and completed, with a time stamp and subtitles, will be accessible for download from our bespoke private cloud service.
